Landscape design
Pamela will guide you through the design process with ease, allowing you as much or as little input as you desire. She is respectful of your desires, and realistic about budgets.
Her ‘greenest’ plan are drawn on real paper, the old fashoned way.
Design consultations
This is the site analysis, and an evaluation of your program (desires) and how they both relate to the site. This is a paperless verbal process, that begins a direction for future work.
Construction oversight
She will hold the reins on your vision while your landscape contractor installs the design. Together, all will make adjustments as necessary to complete within budget.
Garden renovation
Older homes with older gardens often need updating. Pam will do this for you with sensitivity to the original design, and the architecture of the home. Renovations usually take more time to design than new gardens, and the resulting mature feel is better than new.
Real Property overview
Pamela will look at the place you are considering of buying and evaluate its site based on Aspect, slope, soils, spatial opportunities, existing elements, design and indoor/outdoor access.
Resale points for homeowners
If you are buying or selling, Pam can review and add/edit professionally for optimum return. Often when selling, it is just a matter of removing a few shrubs, but knowing which can save you money.
Heritage trees
Consultations may include working around a tree that is intended to stay. Many Landscape architects, architects, contractors and builders still employ techniques that will lead to death or decline of trees. Pam will work with a local arborist to plan a strategy that will work to save your tree.
